The relationship between the builder and the developer has a special interest to a property owner. In the case of Kensington Gardens, they have had a consistent relationship with Alatalo Bros for more than a decade.

With very few exceptions, all the sub-contractors and suppliers are Shepparton based so it gives us a good chance to manage the process in a timely fashion and preserve the quality we are pursuing,” he said.
All the homes in Kensington Gardens are architect-designed and residents moving into new houses have a big say in the design from deciding the exterior brickwork to the internal finishes including tiles, benches, carpets and cupboard finishes.
