Patrons are invited to come in, sit down and relax in the ambience of the newly renovated venue and enjoy the new tastes of the Aussie.
The feel of the menu is modern Australian cuisine with a Mediterranean influence. From delicious Pea and Mozzarella Arancini, Ciabatta and seared Hervey Bay Scallops for starters to Linguine, Spaghettini, Pork Cotoletta and Goulburn Valley Prime steaks for main, the Aussie Hotel has a full menu of delicious choices for every member of the family and the little Aussies and sweets lovers in the family haven’t been forgotten either.
Head Chef, Joe Distefano said, “We’ve worked really hard to create our new menu with a mix of delicious meals that compliment what we believe is the ethos of the modern day Aussie Hotel. We’re very proud of it and we hope you enjoy it as much as we think you will.”
