Photo: Supplied.THE Goulburn Valley Rail Club (GV Rail) will hold Shepparton’s seventh model railway exhibition at St. Augustine’s Hall, Orr Street on Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th of September 2011.
There will be eleven train layouts from members in Wodonga, Benalla, Melbourne, South Australia as well as GV Rail club members, including the debut of the group’s new HO-scale layout.
A static display from the Mooroopna – Shepparton Miniature Railway which features a prototype signalling display and “How To” demonstrations will round-out the show.
For those bitten by the rail bug, during the exhibition specialist stores and second-hand stalls will be selling train sets and model railway goods so you can get your own layout up and running in no time. And for those interested in “big trains”, ‘Railfan’ DVD’s, magazines and books will also be available.
