RUG up and head out to Emerald Bank this Sunday for the Shepparton Farmers’ Market. With plenty of hot drinks, hot food and the best local products and produce on offer, there’s something for all to enjoy.

Showcasing a range of delicious sourdough breads, jam and custard filled donuts, croissants, and pastries; Salus Bakery will have your mouth watering for a taste of their handmade goods.

Run by Rob and Molly Booth out of Wangaratta, Salus Bakery started out three years ago with the intention to give back to the community.

The couple juggle the business with their four children, as well as donating fresh bread to those in need and running baking classes for children as well.

As artisian bakers, Salus Bakery prides themselves on providing the community with nutritional, handcrafted foods, which take a minimum of two days to make. Using local and fresh ingredients and time proven processes, you will notice a distinct point of difference in each creation.

The Shepparton Farmers’ Market will be held this Sunday, August 4 from 9am until 1pm at Emerald Bank, 7725 Goulburn Valley Highway. For further information, visit www.emeraldbank.net.au/shepparton-farmers-market
