THE GARDEN Kitchen Café has opened in the newly renovated space at the Billabong Garden Complex.
Open five days a week from Wednesday to Sunday, the Garden Kitchen Café serves coffee, cake, breakfast, lunch and caters for gluten-free and other special dietary requirements.
Billabong Garden Complex Manager, Tracy Lamont said, “The new café has been in the planning stages for some time and we are excited to see it transform into such a wonderful space for our customers to enjoy.”
The Garden Kitchen Café will be operated by well-known locals, Ineka and Adrian Rowe of The Little Gourmet Food Company. Their fresh new menu offers meal options influenced by fresh seasonal and local produce and serves Mahalia’s award-winning coffee. Visitors to Billabong will also be able to purchase from the range of convenient ready-made take home meals and cakes and order catering for meetings or functions.
The Little Gourmet Food Company business operator, Ineka Rowe said, “We are thrilled to be opening our second café and partnering with ConnectGV Social Enterprise Billabong Garden Complex, to extend our food offerings to our community.”
The inviting new café offers a welcoming eclectic style within the tranquil surrounds of Billabong Garden Complex, ideal for any occasion be it lunch with friends, a place to enjoy a coffee and plan your garden, a relaxed weekend breakfast or a weekend lunch.
The Garden Kitchen Café is located at Billabong Garden Complex, 295 Numurkah Road, Shepparton and is open Wednesday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm and 9am to 3pm on weekends.
