WITH International Women’s Day having just taken place on Friday, March 8, The Adviser along with Lost Shepparton are proudly looking back at the brilliant groundwork laid by the immensely talented women and girls of the region. The theme for the 2019 International Women’s Day was ‘#BalanceForBetter’ and is calling for everyone to do their bit to create a fairer, more gender-balanced world.
On this day, we acknowledge and thank all of our mothers, grandmothers, sisters, aunties, daughters, and friends. Special thanks, as usual, to Lost Shepparton and Shepparton Heritage Centre for their assistance with the photos.
