BETTER HEALTH SELF MANAGEMENT COURSE if you have an ongoing health condition and want to learn to better manage your health, you can attend a six-week health program. Topics include exercise, healthy eating, dealing with difficult emotions, depression, stress, anxiety, fatigue, communication skills, medication management, better breathing, muscle relaxation and positive thinking.
