AS of Monday, September 28, there were no active COVID-19 cases in Greater Shepparton.
- Moira, Benalla, and Strathbogie and Campaspe shires were all free of active cases
- Victoria recorded five new active cases on Monday – the lowest number of new cases since June 12, when there were four reported cases in a 24-hour period
- As of Monday, the average number of cases diagnosed in the last 14 days for regional Victoria was 0.6
- Of the 359 active cases in Victoria, nine were in regional local government areas (LGA)
- Statewide, 43 LGAs had zero active cases, and there were 11 LGAs with only one active case
- To date, 787 people had died from Coronavirus in Victoria
