“A WAY to brighten dreary winter days,” is how Shepparton Art Gallery Curator, Danny Lscy last week described Eastbank’s latest Drawing Wall instalment.
‘Suns’, a work by Melbourne-based artist, Viv Miller was composed at the start of the month consisting of a yellow ‘digital’ sun backdrop and series of five smaller 20 x 25cm paintings featuring, suns.
“Viv’s works are typical of this nature, an incorporation of the digital realm with pixelated elements and natural landscapes,” Danny explained.
“We’ve had a really positive response to it so far. It’s a very vibrant addition that creates a warmth for visitors to the café.”
Suns will exhibited until October 28.
