Jan said, “Simply Helping Goulburn Valley is an approved provider of Home Care Packages, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), TAC Attendant Care and WorkCover. As a registered nurse, I do personal assessments for clients and currently provide a range of services for more than 100 clients throughout the region.
“Our provision of care is based on the principle that everything we offer is client directed, empowering individuals. It is vital that we are empathetic in our approach and have a strong understanding of the needs of each and every client.
“So many of our clients are vulnerable and often we are the only people who are involved in their care; it is essential that we preserve their privacy, dignity and respect their rights.”
