While the Christmas rush is now over, that doesn’t mean that shoppers will be slowing down. Boxing Day sales will be in full swing over the next few days, and with parking in the Shepparton CBD still free, why not spend some money supporting local businesses?
Both shoppers and local retailers have been enjoying the benefits of the complimentary free parking so far this month, with shoppers appreciating the ability to shop without having to worry about spare change and businesses relishing in the busier than normal streets.
The complimentary parking period runs from December 1 to January 31, 2020. People parking in the CBD however need to be aware that timed parking limits still apply.
