Over the Australia Day long weekend, the Numurkah Lawn Tennis Club will be hosting their 89th Annual Australia Day Tournament. Held on the 25th and 26th of January, the Numurkah Lawn Tennis courts will see hundreds of players and spectators hitting the courts for two days of non-stop action.

On Saturday, January 25, the mens and ladies singles will start off the tournament, followed by mixed doubles in the afternoon. Sunday, January 26 will see the mens and ladies double compete.

Numurkah Lawn Tennis Club sports 12 beautifully manicured lawn courts and two synthetic courts, allowing for the action to run easily and uninterrupted during the tournament. There will also be plenty of entertainment on the Saturday night, including a roast and music from LBDJ.

All entries into the tournament must be emailed to nltennisclub@gmail.com by next Wednesday, January 22. For further information, call Catherine on 0419 839 416 or head to Numurkah Lawn Tennis Club’s Facebook page.
