TRACEY Visser, a qualified allied health assistant and massage therapist, is welcoming people back to her studio as Coronavirus pandemic restrictions ease.

Her studio, Core Strength Health and Wellness, offers a holistic approach to people’s health and wellbeing by offering power-assisted Pilates sessions and therapeutic massage with a focus on gentle movements to aid her clients in their health journey.

After her own health crisis, Tracey’s passion for rehabilitation and getting moving again after a period of inactivity began, giving her personal insight into the challenges associated with regaining strength, mobility and flexibility.

Tracey’s studio offers personalised one-on-one sessions and works closely with a range of physiotherapists, osteopaths, nutritionists and other health professionals to ensure a multifaceted approach to your aging health needs.

Remaining active is key to maintaining independence and quality of life as we age and Tracey is available to help people get moving again or improve their health at her studio, located at Shop 4 Tower Arcade, 222 Maude Street, Shepparton. Get in touch with Tracey to book a free trial session on 5858 5657.
