RAISING much needed funds for GV Health’s cancer patients, the Rotary Club of Shepparton South are holding an ‘Incredible Dinner Auction’ night on Saturday, May 19 at the GV Hotel on High Street, Shepparton.
At $25 per head, the night will see participants enjoy a two course meal and an auction of over 200 items including the chance to win $1,000 cash. A 6×4 trailer with cage valued at $1,200, a day trip for four in two MG Sports cars with meals and drinks provided and a home stay package in Echuca including a paddle steamer cruise are just a sample of what goods and services will be available to buy.
All proceeds raised on the night will go towards assisting GV Health in refurbishing their Palliative Care rooms and help with the construction of a brand new ensuite for patient use.
Event Coordinator, John Stuckey said, “It will be a fun night and we would like to see many people come along to help support such a worthy cause.
“None of us know when we will need GV Health services, so this is our chance to give some help through support from the local community,” John said.
For table bookings, individual bookings or to donate an item for the auction, contact John Stuckey on 0417 144 458.
