In your travels around Shepparton, there is a chance you might see a small panel van touting hand sanitiser in the sign writing on its sides. What might not be so evident is that the hand sanitiser it is promoting is being locally made, the result of a Shepparton company being in a position to overcome the early problems the country faced in accessing internationally sourced supplies.

With the present need for commercial and retail offices to provide protection to clients and staff by providing hand sanitiser, Uniklene have taken it a step further by having a range of suitable dispenser stands manufactured locally, enabling other small businesses a lifeline in a continued sustainable operation.

Uniklene have been manufacturing cleaning chemicals since 2000 so the pandemic and the immediate shortage of imported products put them in a situation where they quickly expanded production and set in motion the manufacture of accessories to serve the needs of the community and organisations such as educational centres, hospitals and commercial locations.

To add to the mix of general good business, Uniklene are proposing to donate part of the proceeds from the sale of their sanitizer to GV Health.

Uniklene products can be purchased online at http://uniklene.com.au  or through their outlet located at 9 Joseph Baldwin Place, Shepparton.
