Jam-packed Riverlinks 2020 season launched

The New Year is set to bring lots of exciting and new things for all of us, and that includes the massive 2020 season Riverlinks has launched. From the greatest hits of Queen performed by Chocolate Starfish’s Adam Thompson and the We Will Rock You band, to George Orwell’s powerful novel, Animal Farm, live on stage; there is bound to be something for the whole family to enjoy in the Riverlinks’ 2020 calendar.

The 2020 Riverlinks season includes a variety of different performances, including circus, ballet, drama, theatre plays and music, as well as popular series, Afternoon Delights, family, education, Cushion Concerts and cabaret.

Riverlinks Venues Performing Arts and Conventions manager, Ken Cameron said he looks forward to welcoming new and existing patrons to a season performance in 2020.

“The upcoming season provides a lot of variety for our community. We have a strong family, theatre and music season and look forward to welcoming new and existing patrons to one of our venues for a wonderful evening of live theatre and performance,” said Mr Cameron.

In 2020 there will be a great selection of artists and groups including, Archie Roach, Victorian State Ballet, The Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow, and Shepparton Theatre Arts Group.

Some other exciting acts include Ross Noble – Humournoid, Aurora circus act, Sleeping Beauty by the Moscow Ballet La Classique, John Williamson – Winding Back, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and so much more.
