TO be at our peak fitness level is something desired by almost everybody and Pinnacle Lifestyle Fitness and Personal Training’s Boot Camp is a great way to not only keep the winter weight off but also helps you stay motivated through a team environment to reach your goal.
Participants will take on the task of battling the bulge or boosting their fitness levels during three morning sessions per week from 6am to 7am for five weeks, with the next program being held from Monday, May 28. Taking advantage of training at a variety of venues, groups will be put to the test through a range of activities, including body weight resistance training, running, high intensity interval training, boxing, weight circuits and short bursts of controlled group exercise.
With four years experience under his belt, Instructor, Josh Stanbrook said, “The biggest thing for people is the enjoyment factor and being in a group atmosphere.
“It is vitally important to be involved in a team environment as it helps to encourage one another to work together and reach a common goal.
“I also provide programs for those wishing to take part in personal group or individual training,” Josh said.
