Kim O’Keeffe has announced she will run for the next term of Council.

She said some of her priorities included upgrading the Shepparton Basketball Stadium, addressing homelessness, implementing free tip vouchers and hard rubbish collection, increasing train services, and considering a move to free, timed CBD parking.

Cr O’Keeffe is a current Councillor and former Greater Shepparton City Council Mayor.

She aims to entice private investment to the region, support job growth and ensure young people have increased opportunities.

Cr O’Keeffe said she aims to support everyone through the challenges of COVID-19 and foster growth throughout the entire region while maintaining quality Council services across the municipality.
