ONE hundred and ten competitors from Verney Road School and Shepparton Access in Shepparton as well as from Mooroopna, Roxburgh Park, Broadmeadows, Wallan and Craigieburn came together on Sunday at Koryo Taekwondo Centre to take part in the Koryo Sparring and Poomsae Competition 2018.

Koryo Taekwondo head instructor, Sammy Rachele said, “It was a good local competition and not a bad turnout. We have our last one for the year in a few weeks time.

“It’s all about inclusion and getting the kids to experience competition for the first time in their local environment before they get on the big stage and compete against others they don’t know. It works really well and we are proud to be able to do this in Shepparton.”
