A digital newsletter containing important information relating to the start-of-season has been produced by Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) for irrigation and diversion customers.
With the recent commencement of gravity irrigation season, the newsletter contains updates on current conditions, storage levels and inflows, as well as the latest seasonal determination.
GMW general manager customers and stakeholders, Ann Telford said, “Customers can also find information and new resources to help them monitor the water market, manage their water entitlement and prepare for dry seasonal conditions.”
To save costs and reduce its carbon footprint, GMW has emailed a link to the newsletter for customers who have provided this information. An SMS message with a digital link has also been sent.
“Of course, we understand that some customers would prefer to receive a hard copy version of the newsletter,” Ms Telford said. “It is available over the counter at any of our customer service centres or customers can call us and we will post a copy.”
