DURING school holidays, kids are typically very restless and often eagerly on the hunt for entertainment. Thankfully, Riverside Plaza has a school holiday program packed full of free and playful activities to keep the young ones occupied.
The Riverside Plaza activities will be taking place between 11am and 2pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for three weeks.
For the first week, commencing Tuesday, January 8, Riverside Plaza will be offering slime activities for kids to enjoy. Get ready to mix up a slimy concoction to take home and play with and each day something different will be added to the mix to allow imaginations to run wild. Plus, there will be a special appearance from Superman on Wednesday, January 9 from 11:30am to 1:30pm. However, Superman fans should fly down early, as this special event is running for one day only.
During the second week, there will be cardboard box construction fun, allowing children the opportunity and workshop to craft, build and decorate your very own pirate ship, princess castle or box car to take home.
Week three at Riverside Plaza sees the commencement of school crafts, where children can get crafty and create something special to use upon returning to school like a bookmark, pencil topper or fridge magnet.
