Now four months since they opened their doors, Stellar Coffee has fast become a hot spot for many local coffee lovers and catch-ups with friends or work colleagues.
Stellar Coffee pride themselves on working with and supporting local small businesses. They source their bread from Higgins Bakery, delicious sweets from One Sweet Baker, Corner Co Fudge, Louisa’s Cake Boutique and CC Sweets, and a selection of olive oils and soaps from Olivehouse.
Stellar use only the highest quality products, such as Conical Coffee, MilkLab and Happy Happy Soy Boy, Bonsoy that partner perfectly with their complimentary in house sparkling water and iced teas. Cold brew will also be available as the weather warms up.
Stellar Coffee owner, Matt Kington has had a busy few months but is excited to bring more to Stellar in the very near future.
“We’ve got a lot of space here and a really welcoming environment. We encourage businesses to have small meetings here and we’ll do all the catering and coffees for you.
We’re also going to be hosting a small market here on Sunday, October 20 from 9am to 1pm. We really just want to showcase the wonderful small businesses around the region and get people together for a fun day out.”
