LOCAL residents had the chance to create some enormous art in the Maude Street Mall on Monday as part of Greater Shepparton City Council’s Activities in the Park.

The Tape It – Collaborative Drawing workshop by Melbourne artist, Briony Barr utilises electrical colour tape to create large-scale drawings.

The collaborative piece featured efforts by many in the community; locals and visitors, young and old alike. Once completed, all of the electric tape used in the piece is collected and bundled up into a giant colourful ball of tape. This giant tape ball is then neatly cut in half and presented on its own as a separate piece art.
