SHEPPARTON’S original favourite Aussie Hotel has undergone a complete revamp and is now ready and open for business.
Featuring an all new seasonal dinner menu, the Aussie Hotel is introducing a new taste to compliment their new look, a modern Australian cuisine menu with a Mediterranean influence
Head Chef, Joe Distefano said, “Our main ethos is to create delicious meals which utilise fresh, local ingredients.”
“We’ve combined the best of both worlds, the good old Aussie pub meal with the sensational tastes of the Mediterranean and a touch of sophistication which is fitting with the hotel’s new surrounds.”
On the menu you’ll find a selection of delicious choices across starters, sides, pastas and risottos, mains and sweets as well as something especially for little Aussies.
Delicious freshly prepared soups, crisp salads, seafoods, local Katandra free range pork chops and rib eye, Goulburn Valley Prime fillets, stews, schnitzels and much more await, providing you with great food and the atmosphere of Shepparton’s favourite Aussie Hotel.
General Manager, Ken Martin said, “We have a specialised food and wine matching service to compliment our delicious menu and provide the ultimate taste experience.”
“We feature live music acts on Friday and Saturday nights, introducing fresh performances from acts who don’t generally have the opportunity to play live. It’s a platform for new musicians to share their craft.”
“And as we head towards the warmer months, we look forward to extending live music performances to Thursday nights and Sundays.”
