STARTING TO TAKE SHAPE… Progress on the new $49.9 million SAM building is well and truly underway, with works now beginning on the facadè of the main building. Stage One is set to be complete by mid 2020, with Stage Two (car park and landscaping) to begin later this year. Photo: Katelyn Morse.
