THE Victorian Gem Clubs Association in conjunction with the Goulburn Valley Gem Club presents the annual Combined Victorian Clubs’ Gem Show, at Kialla Raceway, Goulburn Valley Highway, on Saturday 5th June and Sunday 6th June, 2021.

Gems and minerals have always held a special attraction and this show will have broad appeal to families, crafts-people, hobbyists, collectors, students and young children alike.

Competition entries from some of Australia’s most capable lapidaries (gemstone cutters), specimen collectors, and jewellery and allied crafts people will be displayed in showcases to enable visitors to see at first hand the variety of work that can be produced.

There will be demonstrations by the Victorian Facetors’ Group, as well as cabochon cutting by the Goulburn Valley Club held throughout the weekend. Experienced members from VGCA clubs across Victoria will be on hand to answer all your questions and provide advice.

The gemstone identification service will enable you to have your “mystery” gemstone identified or simply watch a skilled gemmologist at work.

This show also brings together a wide range of specialist traders who will present a huge range of cut and rough gemstones, mineral specimens, fossils, jewellery, beads, opals, crystals, meteorites, lapidary equipment, tools, books and much more.

This is an opportunity to pick up a unique gift or to add to your collection, there will be something to suit every taste and every budget.

This really is a ‘sparkling’ show and whether you’re browsing or buying, it’s a great, affordable family day out and not to be missed.
