$100K funding boost for Family Centre

LULLA’S Children and Family Centre Shepparton will receive $100,000 in funding for staff training to bolster workforce capacity and rostering including first aid, allergy/ anaphylaxis training, food handler’s certificate, grant writing and other specific professional development opportunities and HR activities.

The local Aboriginal corporation will receive the huge workforce boost to help them continue to deliver vital services to their community.

The development of the workforce fund has been guided by a 14-member steering committee, including key leaders from across the state – in a process that was self-determined and sector-designed and led.

“This funding is vital in supporting Lulla’s to continue delivering high quality services to children and families in the local community,” said Member for Northern Victoria, Mark Gepp MP.
