COUNCIL is seeking feedback to help shape the Positive Ageing Strategy 2023-27. The Positive Ageing Committee and Council are committed to supporting the ageing population and values contributions from the community and partners to help inform the strategy.
Councillor representative on the Positive Ageing Committee, Cr Seema Abdullah, said, “Nearly 40 percent of our population are aged over 60, with an increase since 2016.”
