There are two friendly new faces at the GMCU Mooroopna branch, who are already getting to know the locals.
The branch recently farewelled the previous team, and the new team of Kaitlin and Emma [pictured] are settling in and are excited to serve the members of the community in and around Mooroopna.
Both locals with plenty of banking experience, Emma and Kaitlin are dedicated to supporting GMCU members for all their specific needs.
“Although it’s only over the river from Shepparton, we have a close-knit community here in Mooroopna,” said Emma.
“The branch has quite a lot of members who like to do their banking in person and we’re so happy to get to know them all – after all, that’s what we’re here for.”
With major bank institutions increasingly closing branches in country areas, the GMCU team remains committed to supporting the Greater Shepparton population with face-to-face banking services.
“At GMCU, we pride ourselves on strong personal service,” says Kaitlin. “It’s our job to support our members with whatever they need in banking. Each one is a name to us, not a number.”
