Reporting faults to Council

RESIDENTS are encouraged to report issues that may affect safety, access or mobility in the local community.

This includes damaged or uneven footpaths, lifted pavers, trip hazards, missing or faded kerb ramps, poor street lighting, drainage issues, fallen branches, and other problems that may make it harder for older people, mobility-aid users or pedestrians to move around safely. Reporting these issues helps Council prioritise maintenance and improve accessibility across the municipality.

Faults can be reported online or by contacting Greater Shepparton City Council on (03) 5832 9700, or via the website greatershepparton.vic.gov.au. Assistance is available for residents who prefer to report issues by phone.
