Hosted by Building Future and presented by Terence Toh, the session will provide practical advice on pricing, quoting, cash flow management, winning the right work and building a more profitable and sustainable business.

Attendees will learn how to better understand the numbers that drive business success, attract the right clients and projects, and build a stronger team without simply working longer hours.

The session will also include an open Q&A exploring the challenges and opportunities facing regional builders and tradies.

Bookings are essential. View the full program and register at shepp.city/gsbf
