People with a cancer diagnosis living in Shepparton and surrounds can access a free eight-week education, exercise and wellness program starting Wednesday, September 9.
Organised by the Cancer Council and held at GV Health, the workshops provide people who have completed treatment with one-hour group fitness sessions delivered by experienced specialists, followed by a short education session each week.
