ACROSS commercial property management, sales, property portfolios, maintenance and administration, women play an integral role in the continued success of Gagliardi Scott Real Estate.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the regional Victorian agency has built a diverse team united by a commitment to providing exceptional service while creating a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Commercial Property Manager Bree Byrne joined Gagliardi Scott around two years ago, bringing experience from the legal industry as well as events and operations management.

For Bree, it is the people and genuine sense of teamwork that make the agency such a rewarding place to work.
“Everyone is willing to support each other. I also enjoy the variety of the work and the opportunity to keep growing,” she said.
Her role can involve navigating complex issues between landlords and tenants, with Bree drawing on her previous experience to remain calm and find practical solutions.
“Every property, landlord and tenant is different, and issues can often be complex,” she said.
Bree also values the flexibility and support offered by the agency’s directors, which has enabled her to balance a full-time career with raising her three children.
With women contributing across almost every facet of the business, Gagliardi Scott benefits from a wealth of experience, perspectives and skills.
For Bree, the agency’s strength lies in its people and the relationships they have built within the community.
“We know our clients and the local area, and there is a genuine sense of care in how we work with people,” she said.
As Gagliardi Scott enters its next decade, its people will remain central to its continued growth.
