FORMER partners, long-time colleagues and current staff gathered at Fowles Wines on Sunday, August 23 as Chris Smith & Associates (CSA) celebrated 20 years of business.

The milestone event brought together those who have helped shape the company’s journey, providing an opportunity to reflect on its history and recognise the people behind its success. Over the past two decades, CSA has grown into one of regional Victoria’s leading multidisciplinary consulting firms, delivering planning, urban design, surveying, engineering and project management services across the state.

Managing Director and civil engineer Scott Golightly said the anniversary was as much about celebrating people as it was recognising the company’s achievements.

“This anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate the people who have been part of our journey over the past 20 years. Chris Smith & Associates was established by a group of like-minded professionals and has grown into a strong, locally owned and employee-owned business,” Scott said.

While honouring its past, the celebration also highlighted CSA’s ongoing commitment to innovation, community connections and supporting the continued growth and development of regional Victoria.
