ANNOUNCING a key addition to their leadership, SPC Global has appointed Robert Iervasi to its Board of Directors. The former Group CEO and Board Director of Asahi Beverages, Iervasi is a highly esteemed figure in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, bringing an impressive record of success and a wealth of experience to his new role.

His leadership at Asahi Beverages, a diversified consumer products company that boasts an annual revenue exceeding $5 billion and over 5,000 employees, has been marked by significant achievements. Notably, Iervasi played an instrumental role in the 2020 integration of Carlton & United Breweries, a strategic move that substantially broadened Asahi Beverages’ influence.

He has also demonstrated exceptional leadership skills during challenging times, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, effectively mitigating company-wide risks and complexities.
