Residents are encouraged to submit responses to a parliamentary inquiry into the performance, workplace culture and procurement policies of Ambulance Victoria (AV) amidst concerns that AV is failing to meet official response time targets.
In the Strathbogie Shire, just 36.6 per cent of responses were achieved within 15 minutes, with the Mitchell Shire (51.9 per cent), Benalla (58.7), Greater Bendigo (61.5), Campaspe (57.9), and Greater Shepparton (71.9), all failing to meet the target.
Annabelle Cleeland MP, who is the Member for Euroa and Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Health, said the issues stem from lack of State Government support and investment, and called for anyone with experience to have their say by February 28, 2025.
