Applications are now open for the 2026 Australia Post Community Grants Program, with eligible Victorian community organisations able to apply for grants of up to $10,000 until 6 July.
The program supports grassroots projects that strengthen mental wellbeing and help bring communities together. Australia Post has ringfenced $250,000 for initiatives focused on improving mental wellbeing in communities affected by natural disasters.
