THE region will benefit from a new NDIS provider arriving in Shepparton, bringing more local support and backed by the wider network of Infinity Coordination and Supports Pty Ltd network, based around regional Victoria and New South Wales.
“We are very excited to have already begun servicing the Goulburn Valley area,” said support coordinator, Tamara Hayes, who is based out of Mooroopna.
Tamara has an extensive background in case management, working with people of all different ages, as well as HR experience with a NDIS service provider.
“I had the opportunity to build and create a new NDIS business in the Greater Shepparton area, which gave me a lot of insight into NDIS.”
Infinity Coordination currently offers support coordination services and will soon commence domestic assistance, personal care, and community access support as a registered NDIS provider.
“We are strong believers in participants having choice and control over their support and how they receive assistance for their needs. Sometimes a provider can take that away from a participant, but it’s important to remember that this is the participants life we are assisting them with, and we want to allow them choice and control over how they get to live their life.”
