Goulburn-Murray Water’s (GMW) Shepparton customer service centre is temporarily closed for renovations until September 16. The works will improve customer experience by upgrading the physical layout and improving accessibility and service delivery at the Wheeler Street site.
While works are underway, the Shepparton team will continue to provide the full range of services to its customers via appointment-only. Appointments can be made by submitting an online form via the GMW website, calling 1800 013 357 or emailing reception@gmwater.com.au
