Council’s Resilience in Recovery (RiR) team is celebrating the wonderful success of its immersive art exhibition, Disruption, which from Saturday, October 18 to Sunday, November 2, at the Shepparton Uniting Church.
Part of RIR’s First 72 Hours campaign, the exhibition featured 37 original artworks created by young locals aged 12 to 25, exploring themes of natural disasters and emergency responses, told through the artists’ own personal stories. To highlight practical steps to prepare for emergencies and strengthen the ability to adapt to extreme weather events.
