THE Greater Shepparton Visitor Centre, located on the ground floor of the Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) building overlooking Victoria Park Lake, is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join its friendly team.
Our Visitor Centre is supported by a dedicated group of around 25 volunteers who help showcase the best of Greater Shepparton and the Goulburn Valley. Volunteers contribute just a few hours each week and enjoy regular familiarisation tours throughout the region, helping them discover local attractions, hidden gems and experiences to share with visitors.
From sharing stories that inspire people to explore longer, to assisting visitors with local information and retail sales, every day offers something different. You’ll be supported by experienced staff and have the opportunity to learn more about your own backyard than you ever thought possible.
