AT a meeting held last week, the GOTAFE Goulburn Valley League met and agreed to resume the playing season in keeping with current COVID-19 restrictions.

The games scheduled for the first week of the split round July 31 that was cancelled, will now be played on Saturday 7 August meaning the fixture for Round 13 will be as follows:
Tatura vs Mooroopna
Saturday August 7 14:35

Seymour vs Echuca
Saturday August 7 14:35

Mansfield vs Rochester
Saturday August 7 14:35

Kyabram vs Shepp United
Saturday August 7 14:35

Benalla vs Shepp Swans
Saturday August 7 14:35

Shepparton vs Euroa
Saturday August 7 14:35

The board also agreed to provide financial assistance to clubs by underwriting the cost of appointed football umpires for Round 13 and to provide each club with $200 to cover the cost of netball umpires for the round.

Supporters are reminded that CovidSafe rules apply to all games and they should be prepared to meet with the requests of game officials on the day.

The GOTAFE Goulburn Valley League also announced that its planned Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is being postponed due to the current State Government restrictions. Originally planned for Sunday 8 August 2021, the event will be now be held at a later date.
