A GREAT DAY TO BE PLAYING FOOTBALL... Play at the Euroa v Tatura. Photo Supplied

MANSFIELD V ROCHESTER
This is a genuine 50-50 contest.
The Tigers sit inside the top six on 18 points and the Eagles are one of three teams locked on 16 points.
I am thinking that if the Tigers can overcome the challenge of the Eagles early on and apply some scoreboard pressure, I think they can win. Tip: Rochester

SEYMOUR V ECHUCA
Seymour will look to do the double over Echuca today.
I suspect this could turn into a real arm wrestle therefore early scoreboard pressure could be pivotal and if the Murray Bombers can apply it, then they could set themselves up to extract revenge for their opening day defeat at Victoria Park on Easter Saturday. Tip: Echuca.

TATURA V MOOROOPNA
When the teams last played the Cats clawed their way back from a slow start to record a fantastic win.
Cats coach John Lamont knows this is a danger game for his boys and he knows that only a four-quarter effort will be good enough to overcome the Bulldogs at Tatura Park.
I think, the Cats are playing well enough despite having not played for a few weeks. That should be good enough to get the win and remain in the top six. Tip: Mooroopna.

BENALLA V SWANS
Benalla got its season back on track at Mansfield a fortnight ago.
The Swans come to the Benalla showgrounds off the back of a good win against Shepparton United. Tip: Benalla.

SHEPPARTON V EUROA
Shepparton will look to put its recent good form to the test again when it welcomes the red-hot Euroa.
The young Bears have been playing some good football of late without getting the reward of wins.
The Magpies have been outstanding since the resumption from the lockdown 4.0. Tip: Euroa.

KYABRAM V UNITED
Kyabram will be looking to consolidate its place in the top six and keep its premiership aspirations well and truly on track.
If the Demons can put some early scoreboard pressure on the all-conquering Bombers, they just may dare to dream. Tip: Kyabram.

MANSFIELD V SEYMOUR
This will be interesting match-up. The Eagles, by virtual of a second lockdown in season, will need to make every post a winner.
A win here will go a long way to helping the Lions secure a top three finish.
And, I think they will have all the aces to sneak past the plucky Eagles. Tip: Seymour.
