THE Coles supermarket, Liquorland and Shell service station in Mooroopna was sold on April 6 after widespread interest from local, metropolitan, and even interstate buyers.
The sale was managed by Ray White Real Estate Glen Waverly manager Ryan Trickey. While Mr Trickey was unable to disclose the new owner’s plans for the site, he assured us they were positive for Mooroopna.
“It’s great there’s continued support and interest in the growth and sustainability of the rural property market, even on the commercial front,” said Mr Trickey.
“It is a good thing for the Mooroopna community, and we are glad we could find a buyer for this unique property.”
