OVER Christmas, Shepparton’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry have been busy decorating around Shepparton’s CBD. These glistening apples and pears are significant to our community, affectionately known as the heart of Australia’s food bowl, producing high quality fruit and vegetables and agricultural commodities.
Wendy Crow, a member of the Chamber said, “Using fruit as an ornament showcases some of the produce of our region in a festive way. These decorations are a celebration of the fantastic things we produce in the Goulburn Valley.”
