Beccy Freeman, the founder of Breathe and Blossom, is committed to helping women thrive in all aspects of their life – mind, body and soul. A qualified counsellor for over 10 years, accredited health and lifestyle coach and a savvy businesswoman, Beccy supports women to unlock potential in the second part of their lives; during and after menopause.
“Many women find it difficult to navigate this stage of their lives,” said Beccy, who started Breathe & Blossom in February 2021, delivering her 90-day bespoke coaching experience, RADIANT, which helps women unlock their potential and restore vitality, rediscover their passion for life and redefine their sense of self.
“There is very limited support available, and women often resign themselves to feeling overwhelmed, irritable and lost. There are body changes, emotional changes and likely, life changes as well.”
“After my own experiences navigating this life transition, I knew I wanted to use my experience as a counsellor and health coach to support other women to see that life doesn’t end after menopause. It is possible to thrive!” Beccy said.
Beccy also offers aromatherapy and an essential oil candle range, doterra essential oils, and she is passionate about bringing a natural and holistic approach to her work with women.
She is thrilled to now be offering appointments in person, having secured a space at, and working from The Old Courthouse building, 43 Melville Street, Numurkah.
