For more than a decade, Noumi’s long-life milk manufacturing business has been part of the Shepparton community. With strong ties to local dairy farmers and a proud history of giving back through Shepparton Foodshare, Noumi is committed to healthier outcomes—for its people, the community, and the planet.
Shepparton is home to many of Noumi’s team, making community partnerships deeply meaningful. Earlier this year, Noumi signed a three-year agreement with Shepparton Foodshare, pledging 25,000 litres of long-life dairy milk annually, along with vital financial support. This collaboration helps ensure residents across the Goulburn Valley have access to quality dairy milk to support everyday health and wellbeing.
“We’re proud to have long-standing partnerships with local dairy farmers across Victoria’s Murray and Goulburn Valleys, so that every drop of milk enjoyed in your coffee at a café or in your breakfast cereal supports Australian prime producers,” said Noumi CEO Michael Perich.

“It’s thanks to these trusted partners and an effective supply chain that we can deliver this essential everyday staple to Australian consumers and beyond and bring to life our vision of nourishing our community and building a healthier tomorrow.”
Behind the scenes, Noumi’s milk brands, including MILKLAB and Australia’s Own, are carefully processed at Shepparton by a 300-strong team committed to quality, taste, and nutrition. People like Plant Manager Bruno Trazzera, who oversees everything from coordinating milk deliveries to ensuring products are ready for customers, play a vital role in Noumi’s success.
This collaborative culture—spanning the production floor, farming partnerships, and community initiatives—reflects Noumi’s vision of Imagining a Healthier Tomorrow. By respecting every contribution, Noumi continues to deliver excellence in milk manufacturing while giving back to the community it calls home.
