15 blocks now available
WHEN Kensington Gardens village manager Troy Van Den Berghe asks residents around the club house what’s on for the weekend, they tell him resolutely, “Every day is a weekend for us.”
Kensington Gardens is pretty quiet this time of year for a community of almost 300. Many are taking advantage of the opportunity to pack up and travel during winter knowing that their home and possessions are being looked after by the lifestyle estate’s caretakers and added security.
“You can get rid of the mower when you move in, and know that when you’re not here, your garden will be cared for,” said Mr Van Den Berghe.
Over the recent school holidays, many residents enjoyed hosting grandchildren at their home in Kensington Gardens, where they can use all amenities, including a library and computer room, gym, swimming pool, spa and more.
“We’ve had families in the cinema enjoying movies together, and I think many residents think it’s nice to have children around and plenty of space and support to enjoy their family here,” said Mr Van Den Berghe.
Located on a 55-acre estate on Channel Road in the heart of a South Shepparton residential area, prospective residents may select their home from a range of award-winning three-and-four-bedroom floor plans, with club house and amenities included in the cost.
15 blocks are available now, with more on the way when Stage 6 is completed at the end of December. These 31 new blocks are selling fast, with only around 14 still available.
