Demand for courier services has boomed through the pandemic. Local couple, Gavin and Sue Ford, who recently acquired the PACK & SEND Shepparton service centre, have had a taste of just how busy business can be with consistent work since starting two-weeks ago.

Gavin who worked at SPC as a fitter and turner, and Sue who comes from a retail background, are eager to continue the world-class, local approach first established by the original franchisees, Rick and Susan Orr.
Sue said that, “We hope this business might become a family business one day.”
