Founded in 2021 and based in Geelong, RIC Safety Audits — Rental Inspection and Compliance Safety Audits — was built by directors who are rental providers themselves. We understand the responsibility of housing other people’s families, and every audit is guided by one principle: every renter deserves to feel genuinely safe in their home.
Our services cover electrical systems, gas installations, smoke detector compliance, pool and spa safety, and minimum standards checks under Victorian Residential Tenancies Regulations. Our in-house team of licensed tradespeople works efficiently — and where minor faults are found, we fix them on the spot at no extra charge up to $250, saving property managers the hassle of additional call-outs.
Safety is not a box-ticking exercise for us — it is a passion. Our Total Safety Package consolidates electrical, gas, and smoke alarm inspections into a single annual visit. Set it, forget it and leave the rest to us — automated reminders keep everything on track, and our Property Managers Portal gives agencies real-time oversight of every property in their portfolio.
